Very few consultants would publicly put it at the top of their lists, but most really like the pay and perks of the position. Even if you’re not a particularly moneygrubbing type, wouldn’t you like to be able to afford a nice apartment, a new car, and be able to pay off all those school loans in a couple of years?
Moreover, many firms provide reimbursement of tuition expenses for some of their employees. Beyond that, all of the firms make sure the extensive travel and the long hours are as painless as possible. Even if you don’t relish the idea of staying in Phoenix for the next three months, you probably won’t mind staying at The Phoenician Resort.
